will be focusing on the second chakra, the Sacral Chakra, and sharing with you the affirmations that help balance it.
The sacral chakra is located in the middle of the abdomen, roughly two inches below the navel.
Sacral Chakra - the center of feelings and sensations
Motivated by pleasure and joy, the sacral chakra is the driving force for your enjoyment of life. When your sacral chakra is balanced, it enables you to feel and experience life to its fullness. As the center of passion, your sacral chakra awakens your power of creation. This allows you to discover what you truly enjoy and create intimate relationships. The sacral chakra helps cultivate flexibility and adaptability. This empowers you to move on, accept change, and transform. When balanced, the sacral chakra allows you to be passionate, creative, and sensual while connecting with your feelings and emotions.
Connections with our Body and Emotion
Though Sacral chakra generally manifests in non-physical ways, physical symptoms can occur. Among the most common physical ailments are cysts, urinary issues, kidney
problems, lower back pain, and gynecological problems. When your sacral chakra is overwhelmed, you may experience emotions more deeply than normal, have severe mood swings, or seemingly thrive on conflict and drama.
Balance your Sacral Chakra
To balance your sacral chakra, start with the simple meditation of imaging an orange light below your navel, slowly expanding to the pelvic region and making the whole area warm and relaxed. The sacral chakra is highly influenced by the element of water. Getting outside and relaxing near or in open water can help open and restore balance to your second chakra.
Lakes, rivers, streams, or the ocean are all useful. Wade or dangle your feet in the water to allow your sacral energy to flow. A warm bath or shower can also help aid in balancing your sacral chakra.
Targeted affirmations are incredibly useful for sacral chakra healing and balancing. You can repeat these positive statements multiple times a day, or anytime you get a sense your chakra might be blocked:

I communicate my needs clearly, laying the groundwork for healthy relationships
Understanding the role and purpose of each chakra is a crucial first step in balancing your chakras and establishing the harmonious flow of energy. If you are working towards creative goals or needing to restore balance to your emotional health, it would be wise to focus on your sacral chakra in particular.
